IVD Expansion  Description

A 5,000 square foot addition to the IVD Building will provided additional offices, conference rooms and support space for the rapidly growing International Programs. 

Recent growth has forced staff to temporarily relocate in recently vacated STA office space until the addition is completed. This addition is intended to meet the current and projected program needs for a rapidly growing international student community at GRCC.

The new IVD addition is located on the east end of the existing building

Funding for the addition was provided through a one-time allocation from International Program revenue.

Construction is expected to last one year, with completion and occupancy anticipated for late winter 2009.
