Green River Community College is a two-year public college in Washington state that offers degrees/certificates in academic and professional technical programs, as well as courses in continuing education and developmental education. Located on 186 acres, Green River is committed to maintaining the ecological integrity of the main campus’s forested growth. Students, faculty and staff enjoy this beautiful campus and its safe and peaceful environment. In addition to the main Auburn Campus, Green River has two branch campuses and the Auburn Adult Education Center. Kent Campus, situated in Kent Station, is located amongst a community of trendy shops, a movie theatre and many restaurants. The Enumclaw Campus is located in the historic downtown area of Enumclaw, just blocks from unique stores and eateries. A core of about 120 full-time and 210 part-time faculty teach day and evening classes. The student population is approximately 9,000—both full-time and part-time students—and represents a growing diversity of ages and ethnic backgrounds. |
