The Green
River International Programs staff is
committed
to providing excellent service to
our educational partners.
We know that quick responsiveness
and reliability are what you count
on from us. We also recognize that
paying attention to your needs and
having a well-trained, helpful and
knowledgeable staff will ensure that
your experience of working with us
is of the highest quality.
That is why we have recently
begun cross functional training of
the entire International Services
and Operations Team. Cross
functional training means that
employees learn new functions so
that they are able to assist and
cover other responsibilities in the
organization. Every staff member in
the International Services and Operations
Team now spends time at the heart of
our International Welcome Center, the
front reception desk. This is where
our guests first come
to check-in, ask questions, find information
and generally learn about our program.
It is the face of our department and
we’ve made it a priority to be the standard
of excellence that you’ve come to expect
from Green River.
