Important Dates
Note:
It is
important to be present for Housing Move-In Day and Orientation
prior to the start of classes. If your student is unable to attend please
notify us as soon as possible.
Summer Quarter

Airport Pickup
We look forward to welcoming your students! Airport pickup is
arranged for students who apply for Green River housing. The
service is included in your housing placement fee. On September
10 and 11th, we will have a Green River welcome table
and lots of volunteer students set up near the international
baggage claim. Look for the green balloons!
Please send us your student’s flight information
as soon as possible.
If you need emergency
housing assistance, please call our emergency housing cell

Move-in Days:
September 10 and 11
Please plan to arrive on September 10 or
11th. If your student is planning to arrive early, we can
assist in getting them a hotel reservation. Please contact

Visiting
Family: Hotel Reservations and Airport Pickup
We are happy to make hotel
reservations for accompanying family or friends. We
can also arrange free GRCC shuttle service from the
airport to the hotel for family members. Note that
this service is available only on September 10 and
11th and with advance notice. Please
