Policy Title: Compensation and Benefits
Policy Number: EL-3

The president may not jeopardize the fiscal integrity or public image with respect to compensation and benefits to employees, consultants, or contract workers. 

Accordingly, the president may not do the following:

  1. Change his or her own compensation and benefits.
     
  2. Promise or imply permanent or guaranteed employment beyond that authorized by contract or law.
