Purpose:
Rules of student conduct
Scope:
Covers the possession, sale, and consumption of alcohol
Policy or Procedure:
WAC 132J-125-100 Liquor. Any student who, while in any college facility or
participating in a college-related program, uses, possesses, consumes, is
demonstrably under the influence of, or sells any liquor as defined in
RCW 66.04.010, in violation of law or in a manner which significantly
disrupts a college activity, shall be subject to discipline.
