How to apply...

1.  Contact TRiO staff to learn more about our services and to pick up an application.

2.  After completing the application, an informal intake interview will be scheduled during which we will exchange information - we tell you more about our program and you tell us about your background, goals, current academic concerns and expectations.

3.  Shortly thereafter, you will be informed if you've been selected as a program participant based on the program's eligibility criteria, your academic needs, and space available in the program.

As a TRiO participant, what will be expected of me?
TRiO participants must be enrolled in at least 9 credits per quarter and are expected to keep us current on their progress. Therefore, we encourage students to:

  • Seek assistance early

  • Meet with an advisor twice per quarter

  • Participate in at least one TRiO activity per quarter

If you are interested in our services, the TRiO staff invites you to visit our office on the second floor of the Lindbloom Student Center or call for more information.
