WETRC is a non-profit, self-supported government agency founded in 1974. We specialize in providing continuing education for water or wastewater personnel and backflow assembly testers. Affordable training enables them to maintain their certification or meet the State of Washington’s training requirements.

We strive to provide competent instruction

Our instructors receive training and coaching in effective teaching methods. Instructors keep up-to-date through professional associations, work full time in areas related to those in which they instruct, and hold required certifications.
