Institutional Effectiveness
Mission
The mission of Institutional Effectiveness is to support the mission and goals of Green River Community College by transforming data into useful information that support decision-making, strategic planning, and institutional effectiveness while ensuring accuracy, integrity, timeliness, and consistency.
Core Functions
- Strategic Planning - Provide leadership and support to the College strategic planning process and collaborate with other departments to connect institutional assessment, planning, and budget development.
- Institutional Research - Provide descriptive data and analytical reports that supply information to support decision making and accountability about the college, and its students and staff, to external agencies, accreditations, state and federal government, and internal constituencies.
- Institutional Assessment - Work with the faculty and staff to implement, improve, and report college assessment activities.
