About Green River College

Green River College is a community college where students from all over the world  come together with our local communities to learn, grow, and enrich their lives. Green River's main campus stretches over 180 acres of beautifully forested land. Branch campuses, located in downtown AuburnKent and Enumclaw, bring the College's unique educational experiences to local communities.

Green River programs serve high school graduates, Running Start students (dual enrollment in local high schools and the college), those seeking retraining for the workforce, international students,  students learning English as a second language, and Continuing Education students. The student body at is made up of approximately 34% Academic Transfer students, 30% Professional-Technical, 11% Adult Basic Education, 25% Continuing & Community Education. Green River's service areas are increasingly ethnically diverse, comprising African Americans, African immigrants, Asian Americans, Asians, Latinos/as, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, and Middle Eastern Americans, among other communities.

How will I be notified of my application status?
 You will be notified either by email or by phone. You can also check your application status in NeoGov.

How long is each faculty position posted? Typically faculty positions are posted 5 weeks, at times a team will post 7-8 weeks. 

When will these new faculty positions start work? Fall quarter 2017.

When do I have to have my required materials submitted online? All required materials (see individual posting) need to be submitted prior to the closing date advertised. 

When do I have to provide official transcripts? Typically, we ask for official transcripts at time of offer. 

Does Green River College sponsor H1B visas? At this time GRC does not sponsor any visas for employment.
