Parking & Transportation
We like people to carpool to campus. In fact, we like it so much that we’ve reserved parking spaces for people who do.
To qualify for carpool parking, a vehicle must have two or more people and must have a visible valid day permit picked up from one of the Entrance Booths.
Obtain a Permit
A carpool permit must be picked up each day from one of the Entrance Booths in order for you to park in carpool parking.
To qualify, you must have two or more people in your car when you pick up the pass.
Carpool parking spaces are reserved from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. any day the college is open for regular business.
Carpool parking spaces designated by a white curb with signs on either end of the row are reserved as carpool spaces from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. any day the college is open for regular business. (paragraph break; bold) People with a valid state-issued disability permit may park in carpool parking without a carpool parking pass.
We encourage everyone to register their vehicle with Campus Safety. The free window decal will allow Safety Staff to quickly identify your vehicle in case of an emergency.
To register your vehicle, you’ll need to complete a short Vehicle Registration form at the Welcome Center, the Cashier’s Office or Campus Safety. The form requires:
Your license plate number
