The Business Division consists of the Accounting, Business Administration, Business Technologies and Administrative Careers, Business Marketing & Entrepreneurship, Computer Reporting Technologies and Criminal Justice.
The English Division at Green River offers composition courses from pre-college to college level and provides offerings in American, British, and world literature courses. English courses apply to the AA transfer degree; they are prerequisites for many courses in other disciplines, and they apply to many certificates, such as Diversity Studies and Gender Studies.
The Fine Arts Division is made up of Art, Dance, Drama, Journalism, Music and Photography.
The Health Sciences & Education Division is made up of Early Childhood Eduction/Parent-Child Education, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, and Practical Nursing programs.
The Humanities Division is home to the Communication Studies, Philosophy, and Foreign Languages departments, as well as two instructional support departments, Holman Library and Counseling Services.

The Trades Division consists of Auto Body Technology, Automotive Technology, Carpentry Technology, Manufacturing/Aerospace Technology, and Welding Technology.
The Transitional Studies and Wellness Division offers classes in two main areas: Pre-college and Physical Education and Wellness. In the Pre-college areas we have classes in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Adult Basic Education (ABE/HSE), and High School Completion (HSC).
