Enrollment Verification - A form used to verify your enrollment.
To obtain this form, go to the registration window or print it from the Web at: http://www.greenriver.edu/admisandreg/forms/enrollmentverification.pdf.
You must sign for release of this information and include your SID. If you wish another person to pick up your verification, you must give that person a signed note stating that they have authorization to pick it up.
