Transcript Request - Incoming to GRCC                     Green River Logo


Student Instructions: 

To request a transcript for evaluation of credits from another college/university, there are two steps you need to complete:

1.  You are responsible for requesting official transcripts from your previous school(s) be sent to GRCC. Complete this form online, print and sign it, and mail to your previous school(s) for processing or contact them for their transcript request form.

2.  Submit a Transcript Evaluation Request form to Green River after you have received the unofficial transcript.

Only send for a high school transcript if you plan on receiving your high school diploma from Green River or are applying for the Practical Nursing program.
 

Transcript request to processing school:

Please send one official transcript to Green River Community College and one unofficial transcript to the student for their records.
