Green River Community College's Web Registration system allows you to perform typical registration and inquiry functions from any computer with access to the Internet.

When you log on to Web Registration, you will need to know your Student Identification Number (SID) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Passwords to access Online Services:

PIN Number 
Personal Identification Number. Prior to Winter '04, the PIN's were the student's 6-digit birth date until changed. Ex: April 23, 1980 would be 042380. Leave out slashes and dashes. 

Beginning Winter '04, new student PIN's are random numbers, issued upon completion of the New Student Advising Session with either an educational planner or faculty advisor

Student Identification Number
All students are assigned a SID to use for all transactions at Green River.  If you forget, or lose your assigned SID, you will need to bring picture ID into Enrollment Services to obtain your number.

The Schedule Planner is an online feature that provides you with up-to-the minute class information and enables you to:

  • Plan your schedule for the upcoming quarter

  • Find out if your class selections are open or closed

  • Check each class for required prerequisites
