Highlights: Giovanni was a standout player for Stadium HS where he averaged 18 points per game and was selected 1st Team All-Narrows League. Coach Malroy on Lee: "Giovanni is a spectacular athlete and we are expecting him to come in and contribute right away. His athleticism allows him to guard both smaller, quicker players and taller, stronger players. What really impressed us offensively not only his ability to finish at the basket (which is as good as anyone I saw this year in high school), but he can also step out and hit a consistent 3 point shot. I’ve come to know Giovanni as a very pleasant, respectful young man with a passionate drive to succeed." |
