Head Coach: Michael McDonnell

  Coach McDonnell joins the Gator athletic staff in August of 2008.  A well respected individual in South Puget Sound tennis circles, McDonnell continues  to compete in tennis tournaments across the United States.  He is currently among the top ranked players in the over 50 age group. 
  A professional recruiter, McDonnell has served in the US Army for over 20 years before working at the University of Phoenix and Devry University as a recruitment specialist.
  In his free time, Coach McDonnell is a volunteer tennis teacher at Sprinker Recreation and Tennis Center in Spanaway, WA.  He has also assisted at several local high schools.

Assistant Coach: Terry Wise

   Terry Wise joins the GRCC tennis staff as an assistant coach after years of teaching and tournament play. Terry was a two time champion NWAACC while attending Green River Community College and a highly ranked junior and open level player.
  Coach Wise adds a technical expertise as well as many years of practical experience to the program.  Terry is a real estate broker and manager for his profession but has always had a burning desire and passion for tennis.
