Certified Business Advisor
Deanna Burnett-Keener is the Small Business
Counselor at the SBAC. Prior to coming to Green River Community College,
Deanna was an award-winning lender in the banking community. During her 15
years as a local small business lender, she worked successfully with
hundreds of small business owners to overcome obstacles as they started or
expanded their businesses.

Certified Business Advisor
Kirk J. Davis is a knowledgeable business consultant and business educator
who brings his experience as a commercial banker, small business
proprietor, and general manager of a national company to improve the
financial performance of companies and individuals.
Kirk holds a degree in Public Administration
from the University of Hawaii. His applied studies and experience in
business leadership, strategy, marketing, sales and economics, brings a
real-world effectiveness to his business clients.

Small Business Advisor
Jeff Perlot is a Small Business Advisor and business educator who is
deeply motivated to see entrepreneurs succeed. He brings over 10 years
experience starting and managing small businesses that are global in
scope and innovators within their industry. While Jeff holds a BA from
University of Washington and continually studies business success, his
most powerful learning has been through real-world experience, and
through the collective experiences of his students and clients. Jeff’s
objective is to provide entrepreneurs the insight and tools they need to
improve business performance.
