College Life includes education, experience, and practice in healthy behaviors and activities. GRCC strives to provide safe and healthy outlets from the intellectual and emotional demands of college life. Some of your daily stressors can be sweat away by lifting weights in the weight room, using cardio machines in the Fitness Center or joining a group fitness class. We also offer a full schedule of Intramural Sports where you can join fellow gators in a friendly challenge.
