Once your graduation application has been processed, your graduation card will be available at the Records Office of Enrollment Services (LC-277) beginning Monday, May 12. Graduates are required to sign the graduation card verifying their degree/certificate and honors. Photo identification is required.

The Enrollment Services office hours are:

• Monday and Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Wednesday and Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Cap, gown, honor cord and graduation announcements are now available at the Paper Tree Bookstore. Purchase these items as soon as you verify your graduate card at Enrollment Services.

Your cap and gown should be purchased by noon, Monday, June 2, to assure your gown is the correct size.

There will be no ceremony rehearsal at the White River Amphitheatre. Instead, there will be two Graduation Information sessions available to all grads:

Dates/Times:

• Tuesday, June 10 at 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, June 11 at noon – 1:00 p.m.

Location:

• Main Campus, Lindbloom Center (LC), Main Dining Room

Important information about the ceremony will be discussed including expectations, graduation cards, processional and diploma ceremony, and general venue information.

White River Amphitheatre parking staff will provide assistance beginning at 4:30 p.m. The main entrance will be open for you and your guests beginning at 5:00 p.m. Seating is available on a first-come basis. Courtesy carts will be available at the main gate for guests needing assistance to the seating area.

Graduates MUST report to the River Lodge by 6:00 p.m. for instructions, pick-up graduation cards and dress in cap and gown. The processional line-up begins at 6:30 p.m.

Please plan to join your fellow graduates, family members, administrators, faculty, staff, college president and the Board of Trustees at a reception immediately following the ceremony.

Shuttle bus transportation will be provided for 75 Green River students on a first come, ticket-only basis from Campus Safety located in the AD Building.  Buses will depart from the AD Building Traffic Circle at 5:00 p.m. and  return to campus after the event. Student ID is required.

When approaching the venue from any direction follow the signs for General Parking. Follow the parking attendant’s direction to the closest    available parking space. General parking lots are gravel, but are well lit and security patrols roam the parking lots. Parking for graduation is FREE for you and your guests.
