Relaxation CD
You can pick up a relaxation CD for FREE of charge at the Counseling Services (LSC 231).
Counseling Services invites you to treat yourself to a relaxing walk in nature, accompanied by the sounds of Native American flute music and narrated by counselor, Marie Sundberg. The CD, Tranquility...Walking a Forest Path, includes instructions for using your breathing to induce relaxation, tips on creating the environmental and mental conditions necessary for relaxation and a guided visualization accompanied by the soothing sounds of wood flute.

How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment for counseling, call ext. 2460 or come by the LC-231 office. (We are in the same building as the cafeteria and next to the Financial Aid office on the 2nd floor.) or e-mail us at chs@greenriver.edu
To make an appointment for health services, call ext. 2430 or 2460 or just stop by. We are in LC-227.
