You can pick up a relaxation CD for FREE of charge at the Counseling Services (LSC 231).
Counseling Services invites you to treat yourself to a relaxing walk in nature, accompanied by the sounds of Native American flute music and narrated by counselor, Marie Sundberg. The CD, Tranquility...Walking a Forest Path, includes instructions for using your breathing to induce relaxation, tips on creating the environmental and mental conditions necessary for relaxation and a guided visualization accompanied by the soothing sounds of wood flute.
