9/30/08 Progress Report 

Renovation of the PE building is progressing as scheduled with program occupancy to occur as follows: The field house will be open on September 22^.The weight room, restroom and shower facilities will open on November 1st

2/26/08 Progress Report 

The design for a comprehensive renovation of the Physical Education building is nearly completed. Faculty, staff, facilities personnel and campus architect Calvin Jordan and Associates worked together to develop the project and budget. This committee developed a plan to schedule construction elements in a way that will minimize program disruption and displacement.

This renovation will allow the college to meet current instructional needs, as well as comply with the American’s with Disabilities Act and Title IX.

The design and permitting stage is currently underway with construction to follow in May 2008.

2/24/06 Progress Report
