How to Apply for a Foundation Scholarship
Fill out the online
scholarship application.
Remember to check “yes” on "Is this Section
Complete?" for each part of the application
once completed.
Upload your essay in
the "Supplemental Questions" section.
Print the "Letter of
Recommendation" form from the "Supplemental
Questions" section, and have someone complete
it.
Attach a copy of
college and high school grade transcripts.
Unofficial transcripts or photocopies
are acceptable.
Submit
your Letter(s) of Recommendation and
transcripts by 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2012 to:

application online, printed applications are
available in the Financial Aid Office

GRCC Foundation scholarships may only be
used for tuition, fees, books, and required
supplies at Green River Community College.
Scholarship Information
In 2011-2012,
206 scholarships were offered to students at
Green River Community College. GRCC
Foundation Scholarships are divided into
five categories:
- Program Based

Merit Based
-
Need Based (some Need Based
scholarships are reserved for single
parents)
- General Scholarships
- Transfer
Scholarships
