Apply (3 easy ways)
- Online, from the comfort of your home or
- In person at the Main Campus (Zgolinski Welcome Center), Enumclaw Campus or Kent Campus.

Determine your Placement
- The COMPASS assessment helps place you in the proper math, reading and writing course. It is not a pass or fail test.
- Take the COMPASS at the Main Campus (Zgolinski Welcome Center), Enumclaw Campus or Kent Campus.

Money for College
- Paying for college is a challenge for most students. We can help. Green River provides funding options to help eligible students with their college expenses.
Advising & Registration for Classes
Sign up for a new Student Orientation, Advising and Registration (SOAR) session. You may do so:
- In person at the Main Campus (Zgolinski Welcome Center), Enumclaw Campus or Kent Campus
- Online at New Student Advising, or
- By calling 253-833-9111, ext. 6000

New Student Advising
Register for Student Orientation, Advising & Registration (SOAR)
New students register for their first quarter classes on a space available basis by completing SOAR either online or in-person.
