Sorry, our program has reached capacity for winter quarter.
But spring is just around the corner!
The winter 2010 Go 2 College Free program at Green River Community College is currently full to everyone except students receiving TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families). We encourage you to check back on February 1st for spring quarter funding availability (Spring quarter begins March 29, 2010).
- you are receiving TANF and would like to attend Green River for winter of 2010, or
- you are receiving Unemployment Insurance and need to have your Commissioner Approved Training / Training Benefits (CAT/TB) packet reviewed and signed.
Below are some steps you can take now to prepare for spring quarter:
- Apply for admissions to the college;
- Take the COMPASS Assessment to determine your reading, writing and math levels;
- Take a Career Assessment and meet with a Career Advisor (only if you are unsure of your program of study);
- Participate in New Student Advising either in-person or online;
- Apply for Federal Financial Aid;
- Go to our Money For College page for a list of other tuition assistance resources;
- Learn more about Green River Community College.
