POSITION PURPOSE: The Director of International Recruitment's primary function is to develop, plan, and direct the recruitment of international students from countries within assigned region. The position reports to the Dean of International Programs. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is an exempt position with an annual salary range of $50,000 - $58,000. Position includes an excellent state benefits package (health and dental plans, participation in TIAA-CREF Retirement Plan, 24 vacation days per year, 11 paid holidays per year, and 12 sick days per year). Other fringe benefits include tuition exemption, convenient daycare, and on-campus fitness center and the ability to participate in voluntary deferred compensation programs, Guaranteed Tuition Program and a flexible spending account (FSA) program. Occasional work occurs during the evenings and on weekends and extensive travel.
