We want to make sure that your students get the housing they need for winter quarter. We are currently increasing our host family capacity and can guarantee winter quarter host family placement for students who fill out the housing application and submit the $200 application fee by November 27. Please note that the application fee is now refundable in the case of a visa denial.

Our Campus Corner Apartments (CCA) opened last year and the facility is extremely popular. To make sure that your winter quarter applicants get on the waiting list, please submit the housing application, $400 fee, and Intent to Contract Form. Students who apply for CCA by November 27 but don't get in for winter quarter will be placed in a host family for a quarter. They can also keep their place on the CCA waiting list for spring quarter.
