Campus Corner Apartments

Campus Corner Apartments introduces new lease options for our students.  Instead of a 12-month lease, students can now choose either a 9-month academic year lease (Option A), 9-month academic year (Option B), quarterly option (3 months), and a summer quarter (3 months).

  • Option A - quarterly rent paid prior to each quarter - $1500 per quarter or $500 per month

  • Option B - monthly rent paid by the first of each month - $1551 per quarter or $517 per month

  • Quarterly - quarterly rent paid in advance - $1700 per quarter or $567 per month

  • Summer Quarter - quarterly rent paid in advance - $1500 or $500 per month

In addition, students can choose among the following theme housing.

  • 24-hour quiet housing: Quiet lifestyle housing provides a focus on academic study with minimal distraction from others and is designed for individuals with an enhanced sense of courtesy for an atmosphere conducive to studying and sleeping. Campus Corner Apartments traditionally follows a courtesy hour policy where noise should not exceed beyond the boundaries of the apartment. Quiet lifestyle housing would additionally follow a twenty-four hour quiet hour policy, which would prohibit any audible noise outside of a bedroom or apartment, or other noise that unreasonably disrupts the lifestyle of co-residents.

  • Tobacco lifestyle housing: Tobacco lifestyle housing permits the use and possession of tobacco (i.e. cigars, cigarettes, or other tobacco products) in designated apartments/buildings. While the use of tobacco is prohibited in common areas of Campus Corner Apartments, including sidewalks and the community room, defined tobacco lifestyle housing allows residents to preserve their lifestyle without impacting those who choose not to use tobacco.

  • Substance free housing: Campus Corner Apartments defines substance free housing as one where the following is prohibited: The use of cigarettes, tobacco products of any form; use or possession of alcohol and other drugs, including those prohibited by state law and/or the Student Code of Conduct at Green River Community College (i.e., use of marijuana, misuse and/or abuse of prescription drugs, etc.). The above requirements apply to residents and their guests who reside in designated substance free apartments.

We are also happy to announce that CCA will be increasing its staffing next year - so students can expect even more activities for resident students in the fall.

If you have any housing questions, please contact Cyndi Rapier.  She will be happy to assist you.

* Cyndi carries a cell phone with her 24 hours a day and seven days week. She is the first point of contact for many international students should there be an emergency
