Gabrielle Lestari enjoys living in a home stay. "It is a great experience living with an American family and gives me the opportunity to practice my English."
Gabrielle is from Indonesia. She plans to get her AA degree and then transfer to the UC Berkeley in the fall of 2007 where she will major in Chemical Engineering.

Gabrielle's three favorite things about Green River are:

1. Classes are small, instructors are available, the facilities are great, especially the library, Tech Center, and Math Learning Center

2. There are many opportunities to participate in clubs and activities.

3. There is an opportunity to work on campus and gain experience.
