Important Dates
It is important to be present for Housing Move-In Day and Orientation prior to the start of classes. If you are unable to attend please notify us as soon as possible.

Summer Quarter
Classes end - August 15, 2008

Fall Quarter
Application deadline - August 15, 2008
Housing move-in date - Sept. 11, 2008
Orientation - Sept. 12, 2008
Classes start - Sept. 22, 2008
Classes end - Dec. 12, 2008
 

The First 8 Things You Should Do Here

1. Meet the transportation you arranged for in the advance

2. Check into the housing you arranged for in advance

3. Arrive at your orientation meeting on time

4. Get your College ID

5. Sign up for your e-mail account

6. Set up a local bank account

7. Se up a local cell phone account

8. Make a list of emergency telephone numbers

Airport Pick-Up
Airport pickup is arranged for students who apply for Green River housing. The service is included in your housing placement fee. If you need help when you arrive, please call our emergency housing cell phone: 253-740-8440. Please leave a message and contact number so a staff member can call you back.

Services for Visiting Family
We are also happy to make hotel reservations for accompanying family or friends. We can also arrange free GRCC shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Note that this is available only on June 15 and with advance notice.
