About Your Stay
First Day On Campus
On Monday, June 28, your hosts will bring you back to the College where the program begins with an orientation in the morning. This is when you will receive detailed and up-to-date information about the program and all planned activities. We are also planning a campus tour, set you up with an Internet account and issue Student ID Cards for each of you.
We will want to make copies of your passport and J-visa form, so please bring these documents with you on this day.
At noon, we are hosting a Welcome Luncheon, which includes a greeting by our College Leaders and this is an opportunity to meet more of the faculty and staff you will be working with in the coming weeks. At the luncheon, be prepared to introduce yourself.
In the afternoon, we are planning some fun 'ice-breaker' activities that will allow the group members to get to know each other.
