Remote Campus Library Items Request FormRemote users can have access to materials housed in Holman Library (such as books or articles from journals or reference materials) by using this form. Remote users are those at the Enumclaw Campus or the Kent Campus. This service is available when classes are in session. No requests will be filled during breaks between quarters. Please read our Copyright Information and our Fines Information before making your request. This form is for materials owned by and housed in Holman Library. Please verify that we have the book or journal you are looking for by checking in the Holman Library Catalog. All items with asterisks (**) must be filled out or your request will not be fulfilled. Please make your request early, so you can get the items you need in time to do your work. If you have not yet received the items you requested and you think that you should have, please contact Ellen Royal-Ward (ext. 2088 or eward@greenriver.edu) or the Holman Library Circulation Desk (ext. 2090). Delivery Information for the Enumclaw CampusThe GRCC mailroom makes two deliveries a week to Enumclaw, on Tuesdays and Thursdays (unless the main campus is closed due to a holiday). Deliveries are at 1 p.m. during Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters, and at 11 a.m. during Summer quarter.
The table above should be fairly accurate, however, we make no guarantees about getting materials to you by the specified day. Delivery Information for the Kent CampusThe GRCC mailroom makes deliveries to Kent every weekday (unless the main campus is closed due to a holiday). Deliveries are at 3 p.m. during Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters.
The table above should be fairly accurate, however, we make no guarantees about getting materials to you by the specified day. Copyright InformationThe copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specific conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research." If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use," that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse a request if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the request would involve violation of copyright law. |
