Document Delivery Help

General Information

Services are available to students, faculty and staff.

Items are delivered using campus mail.

Users can request:

• Books from the Main, Oversize, and Basic Skills collections.
• Photocopies of journal articles.
• Photocopies of reference book articles. (Some restrictions may apply.)

Enumclaw and Kent Campus users can return books to an office staff member at their own campus or directly to the library on the Auburn campus.

Photocopied items do not need to be returned.

Request Item Delivery to Kent or Enumclaw Campus

Using Document Delivery

1. Find your book or article in either the Holman Library Catalog or one of our research databases
2. Fill out the online request form
3. Your item will be delivered to the Kent or Enumclaw campus via campus mail.
4. Return your book to an office staff member
5. If you have any questions, ask a librarian (see below).

Asking a Reference Question

Enumclaw and Kent Campus Students:

• Use the direct-dial phone from the Enumclaw Campus (ext. 2091)

All Remote and Distance Students:

• Call the library’s reference desk at (253) 833-9111 ext. 2091.
• Use Ask a Librarian on the library's web site for chat or email assistance.
