Facilities Master Plan

City of Auburn

On January 1, 2008, the City of Auburn annexed the portion of Lea Hill that encompasses the main campus. The annexation provides the college an opportunity to collaborate with the city to address campus issues such as:.

• Traffic (vehicular and pedestrian)
• Campus Entrance/Gateway
• Circulation/Parking/Wayfinding
• Stormwater systems
• Sustainable Design/Low Impact Development (daylight stream, pervious pavement)

The city is developing a formal process that will accommodate institutionalizing the GRCC Facilities Master Plan.

This portion of the Facilities Master Plan will be updated as the college and city move forward with this planning process.
