Easy Payment Plan

The Student Tuition Easy Payment Plan (STEPP) is a Pay-As-You-Go tuition plan, which assists students who are paying their entire tuition and fees out-of-pocket by providing smaller, more manageable payments.

STEPP is available to students who enroll in a minimum of ten credits. This payment option is available fall, winter, and spring quarters (not summer) at all GRCC campuses.

Details:

  1. Register for classes (minimum of 10 credits).
  2. See Enrollment Services at any of our campuses for the STEPP paperwork.
  3. Complete and submit the STEPP contract to Enrollment Services.
  4. First payment will be a minimum of $400 plus a $20 quarterly STEPP enrollment fee. (Enrollment fee is non-refundable)
  5. Second payment will be 50% of remaining balance.
  6. Third payment will be the remaining balance.

Payments not received by the published due date are subject to the Withdraw/Drop for Lack of Payment policy.

August 25
September 29
November 3
December 1
January 12
February 2
March 2
April 6
May 4

Refund Policy:

100% refund of tuition and all fees when a course is cancelled by GRCC.

100% refund of tuition and fees (minus $20 STEPP quarterly enrollment fee) if the student withdraws from classes through the first day of the quarter.

No STEPP refunds after the first day of the quarter.
