Kip Fulbeck is an American Artist, slam poet, filmmaker and creator of the Hapa Project. He is also the Professor and Chair of Art and affiliate faculty of Asian American Studies and Film Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He has performed and exhibited in over 20 countries. His critically acclaimed books Paper Bullets: A fictional Autobiography, Mixed: Portraits of Multiracial Kids and Part Asian, 100% Hapa features photographs of multiracials of Asian/Pacific Islander descent.

Kip Fulbeck exhibits with captivating videos, performances, unique monologues and multimedia shows that lead audiences to honestly consider "Who am I?"
