The C-SPAN cable television network’s Campaign 2008 interactive bus brought the road to the White House to the steps of the Lindbloom Student Center yesterday afternoon.  The stop at Green River was one of three locations the bus stopped at in South King County.

With much of the presidential election coverage edited to a few sound bites, C-SPAN is the only unedited record of the campaign and election, said Tamara Robinson, of the cable network.  Numerous students and staff took time to tour the bus.  The Campaign 2008 bus has been on the road since January 2007, when it debuted in Des Moines, Iowa at the start of the presidential campaign.
