You may enroll at the beginning of any quarter for these programs.

Salary Range

According to the Inland Press Association, the average annual salaries for entry-level radio positions are $28,234, $30,687 and $23,000, respectively.

Special Notes and Features

KGRG 89.9 FM Radio - KGRG is a "modern rock" music station that features live remotes, concerts, sports broadcasts, news and public affairs.

KGRG has a sister station, KGRG-1, "The Alternative Past," at 1330 AM, which offers worldwide, streaming, free radio focused on artists from the roots period of alternative music. Broadcasting students have the opportunity to participate in either or both of the radio stations while they are working toward a one-year certificate in broadcasting or a two-year associate degree.
