Green River has engaged in a comprehensive strategic planning process since 1998. The framework for our strategic planning process is a three-year cycle of major institutional review, which includes the following:
- An environmental scan
- A refinement of vision
- A review of the mission and purpose
- The establishment of goals
- An agreement on the values of the college
With guidance from the Board of Trustees, we employ a participatory approach that includes faculty, staff, administration, community members, and students.
