Green River offers an all-inclusive venue for your next event. Our experienced event coordinators will take care of all the details, so you can enjoy your event and focus on your guests. Our professional on-site catering staff will help you plan your menu to serve a feast for your eyes and taste buds. Grand Hall Wedding Packages

Wedding Reception Package
$1400 for Peak Demand Dates (Saturdays from May 1 to August 31)
$1200 for all other dates

  • Large banquet hall with stage that accommodates up to 450 guests
  • Tables, chairs and linens in your choice of colors for up to 200 guests (additional $1 pp for 201 to 450 guests)
  • Gift, cake and guest-book tables with linen and skirting
  • Decoration package
  • Experienced on-site venue coordinator
  • Two hours for setup; five hour event time; one hour for breakdown

Ultimate Wedding Package (Ceremony & Reception)
$2000 for Peak Demand Dates (Saturdays from May 1 to August 31)
$1800 for all other dates

  • Large banquet hall with stage that acccommodates up to 400 guests
  • Tables, chairs and linens in your choice of colors for up to 200 guests (additional $1 pp for 201 to 00 guests)
  • Gift, cake and guest-book tables with linen and skirting
  • Decoration package

Your choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony (seasonal)

Indoor Wedding Ceremony

  • Large banquet hall with stage
  • Sound system with on-site technical assistance
  • Dressing rooms for the wedding party
  • Arch focal point and runners

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony

  • Choice of outdoor location on campus, including water wall sculpture backdrop
  • Seating for up to 150 guests included in package
  • Arch focal pont and aisle runners
  • Sound system with on-site technical assistance
  • Dressing rooms for the wedding party
  • Inside location will be secured in case of inclement weather

On-site, experienced day-of venue coordinator

  • On-site, experienced on-site event attendant
  • Two hours for setup; five hour event time; one hour for breakdown

Auction and Fundraising Add-Ons:

  • Marketplace Space for reception or silent auction (Includes 20 six-foot tables*) $200
  • Additional tables, chairs, and linen for for parties of 251 to 450 for $1.00 per person
  • Additional Set-Up/Breakdown Time $50 per hour; Additional Event Time $150 per hour

Rental Rates

Rental rates are per day and include up to an eight hour event rental period and two hour setup and teardown time. Room capacities will vary by setup; however, at no time may attendee count exceed maximum occupancy levels. All room rentals include campus-wide wi-fi and each room’s fixed furniture.

 

Grand Hall/ River room Combination (100-500 capacity) $900
    Large banquet hall with professional stage - perfect for a conference or performance.


River Room (150 capacity) $300
    Intimate space with flexibility to host a number of social or business functions.


Salish Hall Lobby or Rooftop Deck (80 capacity) $300
    Unique location to host a social or business reception.


Pine, Noble, and Willow Rooms (PNW Rooms) (25 capacity in each room) $75
    Two-room combination (50 capacity) $125
    Three-room combination (100 capacity) $175
    Rooms can be used individually or combined into a larger space.


Emerald City Room (60 capacity) $200
    Board room setting with comfortable seating for all day meetings.


Campus Classrooms
    Up to 45 person seating $75
    50-125 person seating $150


Technology Center Computer Lab (30 capacity) $300
    Individual work stations for each participant. Additional adjoining labs available for larger groups.


Physical Education Gym (2100 capacity) $1,200 - additional fees may apply
    Large auditorium to host fundraisers, sporting events, festivals, as well as multi-event tournaments.
