Please send your name and area of study to the Project Director, Donnie Hallstone.

You must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and Green River Community College Financial Aid Supplemental Application to determine federal financial aid eligibility. All S-STEM scholarship awards will be conditional on a student’s eligibility for federal financial aid.

Write and submit a personal statement outlining your educational and career goals. Please describe how these goals relate to your studies at GRCC. Please make sure to include your:

• Educational plans -- what program of study are you undertaking at GRCC. Why have you selected this field?
• Career Plans -- what are your career plans? How are your educational plans preparing you for this career?
• Participation in activities -- (clubs, volunteer work, and organizations such as PTA or school sports).
• Work and/or military experience.
• Honors or awards received.

Please submit a letter of recommendation, preferably from an instructor or someone who can speak to your academic abilities.

Submit a current GRCC transcript, other college transcripts and/or high school transcripts. (Unofficial transcripts are acceptable.)
