Reset Your Student Email Password
Change your password instantly!
If you have configured and validated a password reset option (either a phone number or personal e-mail address) with Microsoft, but have now forgotten your student e-mail account’s password, simply click on the “Can’t access your account?” link on the student e-mail login page. It will walk you through resetting your password by sending a verification code to the phone or personal e-mail address that you specified previously. Click here for more detailed instructions.
Problems resetting your password?
Green River will manually process your password reset request. Typically, passwords are reset within 2 hours, but please allow up to a maximum of 3 days for the reset to take effect.
