Placement Priority and Early Registration
We strongly encourage students to
apply now to establish their housing
placement priority and eligibility for
early academic class registration. Housing
placement priority is based on receipt
of completed housing application and
placement fee. Our popular Campus Corner
Apartments fill every quarter and have
a waiting list. So, get your spot now
for fall quarter!
Every International Student is assigned
a professional advisor
Green River’s International Programs
Advising Staff assist students to achieve
their individual, educational goals.
All advisors have lived, traveled, and
studied in many parts of the world and
the majority have Master’s degrees.
They use their education and training
to provide comprehensive academic and
cultural information to students. They
also strive to create a sense of community
for International students that helps
them feel comfortable and welcome. All
students are assigned an advisor, which
allows every international student personal
service.
Educational Advisors work one-on-one
with students in designing their educational
plan. They also assist students to transfer
to universities in the U.S. including
the University of Washington, Indiana
University, and Cornell University.
Once you have been admitted to Green
River you will receive an e-mail from
you advisors tell about themselves and
the services they offer.
