1. Booking a Flight
Book a flight with final destination: Seattle-Tacoma (Sea-Tac) international airport. Please plan to arrive on the scheduled housing move-in dates. If you plan to arrive early, you will need to make arrangements to stay in a hotel.

3. Airport Pickup
Airport pickup is arranged for students who apply for Green River housing. The service is included in your housing placement fee. Your Host Family or Airport Greeter will pick you up at the baggage claim area. Look for a sign with your name on it. If you have trouble finding your "Greeter", go to Green Riverís welcome table in the baggage claim area. The table is easy to find and is staffed with friendly, helpful folks that will make sure you get to your destination trouble-free.
Important to remember:
There is no airport pick-up between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. on any day. If you plan to arrive during these times, you can stay in a hotel near the airport for one night. Please contact your Host Family or Airport Greeter before you arrive to make arrangements for them to pick you up at the hotel.

Airport Shuttle Information:
If you did not apply for housing or if you have friends or relatives who need to go to a hotel, you can arrange a shuttle. To use the airport shuttle go to the Ground Transportation Information Desk near the international baggage claim area. Shuttle service to the Kent-Auburn area is approximately $35 one way and takes 40 minutes.
