Academic Student Registration
Registration Access Times are now available. Don't forget to
check your registration time and plan your spring schedule now.
Registration begins on February 12.
Schedule Planner is now available for spring quarter. Class
schedules are also available in the IP office.
Academic Students: If you have a block on your
registration, come to the IP office immediately to get the block
removed so you can register for classes. Do not wait until the
end of the quarter to take care of it!
First Quarter Academic Students: If you have NOT created
a degree or transfer plan with your advisor, you need to
schedule an advising appointment right away. If you did not
attend a group advising session or an advising appointment with
your advisor this quarter you will NOT be able to register for
spring quarter!
Get Help with Your Taxes
If you are a student employee and need help with your income tax
return, please see the information below on where to get
assistance. Unfortunately, the advisors and staff in the IP
office cannot assist students with income tax returns.

Transfer Information
Important Update - Change to the UW Business
Requirements
All UW Business prerequisites must be completed by the end
of spring quarter for fall admission. You can no longer finish
these courses during summer quarter. If you are currently
planning to finish these courses in summer quarter, please meet
with an advisor right away. We will either change your plan or
assist you in getting an exception from the UW.
UW Business Information Session
A representative from the UW Business school will be on
campus to answer all your questions about their admission
process. This is a very important and informative session for
all students interested in applying the the UW Business school.

New Process for Updating Your Address
It is no longer necessary to come to the IP office to change
your address if you move. You may now update your address
online, using
Online Services. You will need to use your student ID and
PIN. Please be sure to update your email and phone numbers as
well!
If you are moving from a host family, homeshare, or CCA,
please email the Housing office to let them know:
(housing@greenriver.edu).
New Advisor
We are excited to announce that we have hired John Tankersley
as our new full time advisor! John will start in February and
will become the advisor for all students from Japan.

I'm excited to be moving to Auburn and working at a
wonderful college like Green River. I'm from Tennessee, but I
have lived in California, Poland, and Japan. I look forward to
meeting everyone very soon!

- Current academic student in good academic standing
- Must be a GRCC student for at least one more year and
intend to stay through spring quarter 2008
- Good computer and phone skills
- Enjoy meeting and working with people
- Customer service experience helpful, but not required
