We offer a variety of contract options to give you more flexibility with your housing options.

Full Year 12 month contract fall, winter, spring, and summer $1,840 per quarter if paid quarterly OR $613.33 per month if paid monthly
Quarterly 1 quarter contract fall, winter, spring, and summer $2,040 paid quarterly only (equal to $680.00 per month)

Move-in Dates

Winter 2009: December 28

Spring 2009: March 23

Summer 2009: June 17

Students arriving early will need to make hotel arrangements until the designated move-in date.
