Homeshare

Students Can Share HousingStudents who choose homeshare live in a nearby house with other students and provide their own meals. Homeshares are fully furnished with kitchen and dishware, linens, TV, local phone line, washer and dryer, and furniture. This option provides a more independent living situation for students while still enjoying the features of a home environment. The homeowner provides the following first time arrival services:

  • Airport greeting and pick-up
  • Campus visit
  • Assistance with banking and Washington State Identification card
  • Initial shopping trip for food and necessities
  • Long distance telephone card

Required fee to secure a homeshare: $300 placement fee
Monthly cost: $450 per month per student based on a 3-month lease.
