Orientation

To insure you get a successful start to your studies at Green River, our comprehensive orientation is required for all new international students. At orientation, you will get information about: our campus, housing, registration, e-mail, student ID cards, transportation, health insurance, immigration, and ways to have fun and make new friends. We also offer an overnight camp and a trip to Seattle as part of our orientation.
- Passport, Current Visa and I-94 card
- I-20
- U.S. cash for academic test fee (about $13.00)
- Your new U.S. address and phone number
- Proof of health insurance
- Calculator (if you have one)
- Parent or emergency contact information in your home country, including current e-mail
- Your Proof of English Proficiency should be submitted when you first apply to Green River or as soon as you obtain it; bring your latest copy to Orientation
