Green River College International Programs

"I had a great time at the Santa Parade event. I have to say it is one of the greatest events I have ever joined. I made new friends who are studying at Green River and at other schools. It also gave me a chance to do something I have never tried before, specifically face painting. I would love to join this event again if there is a next time. I really loved this event! "

Before You Volunteer

To get the most out of your volunteer experience, ask yourself these questions before committing to an organization.

  • How much time do I have to commit?
  • What have I done in the past that I've enjoyed?

  • What talent or skills can I offer?
  • What kinds of people do I want to work with?
  • What would I like to learn from volunteering?
