The Green River
International Programs staff is committed
to providing excellent service to our
students and their parents.
We know that quick response time
to your questions and reliability of
information are what you want from
us. We also recognize that having a
well-trained, helpful and
knowledgeable staff will ensure that
your experience working with us is
pleasant and of the highest quality.
That is why we have recently begun
cross functional training of the entire
International Services Team. Cross functional
training means employees learn new functions
so that they are able to cover other
responsibilities in the organization.
Every staff now spends time at the front
reception desk. This is where students
come to check-in, ask questions, find
information and generally learn about
our program. Our goal is to have every
student leave the reception desk satisfied
and happy.
We are always looking at ways to
improve how we do business with you
and
we welcome your suggestions. You
are important to us and you can count
on us to take the time to listen and
respond to your questions and concerns.
